IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Participants MUST bring a copy of their current FIRST AID card or Statement of Attainment (issued within the last 3 years) AND a copy of their current CPR card or Statement of Attainment (issued with the last 12 months).

Participants MUST bring copies FRONT AND BACK of all qualifications they wish to spot on.

For example, if you wish to spot on an Elevated Work Platform (Over 11m) you must bring a copy of your valid High Risk Work Licence with class WP).

Please note – If the participant holds a Truck Licence (e.g. MR, HR), you are entitled to spot for a Tipping Truck so be sure you take a copy of your drivers licence.

Please note – If a participant holds a valid Dogman or Rigging High Risk Work Licence you are entitled to spot for all pieces of plant (participant to bring copy of your valid High Risk Work Licence).

USI Number - YOU MUST OBTAIN THIS PRIOR TO THE COURSE
As of January 1st 2015, the Australian Government introduced the ‘Unique Student Identification (USI) Number’. 

A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is a reference number made up of numbers and letters that gives students access to their USI account.  A USI will allow an individual to see all of their training results from all providers including all completed training units and qualifications. The USI is available online and at no cost to the student.

 The USI Number is compulsory and without this number we are unable to issue your qualification.
