Self employed contractors in Victoria are eligible for membership of ETREC, the association for electrical, telecommunications and renewable energy contractors.

ETREC is not an Employer Association or a Trade Union, it is an independent not for profit organization which is relevant to the needs of SME contractors and committed to delivering services, benefits and support which will advance the common welfare of contractors, their families and our industry in general.

In conjunction with our business partners we have negotiated a number of agreements exclusive to ETREC members. These agreements provide free or heavily discounted services including bookkeeping, payroll, accounting, taxation, debt collection, websites, insurances and more. ETREC also facilitates training and other activities relevant to you as a contractor.
